Any additional costs, such as couriers, mail shots, document binding, photocopying and large printing requirements etc will be discussed at the beginning of the project. Written acceptance of our Terms & Conditions is required before work will be undertaken. Retainers are paid monthly in advance. Projects/events management require a % deposit. Responsibility for proof-reading and accuracy of documents remains with the client however any errors found within a reasonable time-scale will be corrected free of charge.
